Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience managing large-scale IT deployments in enterprise environments.
- Direct experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) projects.
- PMI certification.
- Experience with IT implementation methodology across all phases: Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, and Operations.
- Understanding of complete Dynamics 365 solutions within an integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Well-developed planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work with key business stakeholders.
- Consensus-driven management style with strong team-building and motivational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage high risk, high complexity programs involving multiple sites or platforms.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive project decisions and provide recommendations to management regarding schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Communicate status and project vision proactively to executives, stakeholders, and internal management.
- Manage overall project budgets, predictive financial analysis, and customer invoicing processes.
- Provide leadership to project team members on delivery standards, best practices, and project methodology.
