Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role.
- Proven experience building financial models from scratch using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using AI tools within financial modeling, analysis, or reporting workflows.
- Experience creating client-facing dashboards, reporting packages, or executive presentations.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders or clients simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and core financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to work US business hours, with at least six hours of daily overlap.
- Familiarity with modern BI platforms such as AWS QuickSight (advantageous).
- Experience in the SaaS industry (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own financial models and reporting cycles for a portfolio of clients, including actuals, budgets, and rolling forecasts.
- Build and maintain standardized, connected Excel models following best practices for financial modeling.
- Review and oversee model updates, using AI tools to accelerate variance analysis, reporting preparation, and financial commentary.
- Create dashboards and executive-ready reporting materials to support urgent business needs.
- Deliver actual versus budget versus forecast analysis with clear business narratives.
- Partner with CFOs, business leaders, and clients as a trusted financial advisor.
- Work with centralized data environments to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Manage multiple priorities across different clients and industries, with a focus on SaaS businesses.
