Requirements

- Fluency in English (required for investor-facing communication).
- Strong command of Spanish (strongly preferred).
- Expertise in financial modeling and scenario-building.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive adoption of AI tools and automation for modeling and Q&A drafting.
- Analytical rigor and attention to detail.
- Ability to explain complex financial logic simply to sophisticated audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across business units and finance teams.
- Experience working in high-intensity, deadline-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve 3- and 5-year financial models.
- Explain and defend model assumptions and mechanisms to internal leadership and external investors.
- Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic and investment decisions.
- Prepare and tailor financial models and supporting schedules for distribution to VCs and growth equity funds.
- Own the preparation and quality control of financial responses during due diligence processes.
- Structure, populate, and maintain Virtual Data Rooms (VDR) for capital raises.
- Ensure the financial model remains reconciled with actual results and board reporting.
