Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial planning within the Brazilian financial market.
- Experience with credit products (personal loans, credit cards, or credit lines) is a strong differentiator.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills across different business units.
- Advanced Excel (Google Sheets) proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge working with data sources across different tools.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation) in a professional context.
- Good knowledge of Brazilian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Portuguese: Fluency required.
- English: Fluency required for investor relations, reporting, and executive communication.
- Spanish: Strongly preferred for daily working with leadership and teams.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CFA) or Master’s degree would be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans for assigned Business Unit(s).
- Establish KPIs and monitor BU financial performance, analyzing variances and advising on corrective actions.
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely BU financial reports, ensuring alignment with Accounting records.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks within assigned Business Units, considering the Brazilian regulatory environment.
- Serve as a financial advisor to BU leaders, partnering with Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
