Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience building reliable, performant applications and microservices in production.
- Strong full-stack development experience across frontend, backend, and database technologies.
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js.
- Proficiency with backend technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, or Ruby on Rails.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, including distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, databases, and networking.
- Experience with security, serverless platforms, or event-driven systems.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Build and own end-to-end SaaS applications across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Design scalable and future-ready architectures while identifying technical gaps.
- Drive application performance, availability, and reliability through system optimization.
- Promote quality culture by implementing unit, integration, and contract testing.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve engineering productivity.
- Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor other engineers.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
