- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing professionals.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for team meetings and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of business architects through mentorship and guidance.
- Define and execute AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Drive the development of AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.
- Partner with technology teams to evaluate feasibility and build-versus-reuse decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
- Lead discovery, experimentation, and validation activities to test solution assumptions.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and maintain strong business architecture principles.
- Establish performance indicators and measurement frameworks to evaluate product effectiveness.
