Requirements
- 5–7 years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- 5–7 years of experience working with security-related programs, security strategy, cybersecurity, risk management, or customer security initiatives.
- Strong executive communication skills with experience creating presentations, strategy documents, and leadership briefings.
- Experience developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive storytelling materials.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience with strategic planning, program execution, and operational rhythm management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Visio.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- PMP certification or equivalent program management certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic cross-functional programs focused on customer success and security initiatives.
- Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple organizations to align priorities, drive consensus, and deliver business outcomes.
- Design and support initiatives that improve customer security posture and overall customer success.
- Create executive-level presentations, strategy documents, and communications that clearly articulate program goals, progress, recommendations, and outcomes.
- Facilitate recurring business reviews, leadership meetings, and operational rhythms to track program health and execution.
- Monitor program performance using metrics and data to identify risks, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
