Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of experience overseeing software development in technical environments.
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing software engineering teams.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Strong experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications, legacy systems, and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and custom workflow development.
- 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and API development.
- Experience with relational database technologies, particularly Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, architecture, and implementation of CRM platform solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership for CRM capabilities, software engineering practices, and platform enhancements.
- Define and guide technical designs that translate business objectives into scalable and effective system architectures.
- Collaborate with technology teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Oversee CRM development resources, including software development managers, architects, engineers, and testing teams.
- Establish and improve software development standards, tools, processes, documentation practices, and engineering methodologies.
- Promote Agile software development principles and continuous improvement across development teams.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of patient access technology initiatives.
