Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in C#/.NET.
- 3+ years of experience with Vue (React or Angular experience also accepted).
- Strong experience building and operating production systems on Azure.
- Solid experience with SQL Server including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development and hands-on experience with Claude Code.
- Customer-first, product-minded approach to engineering.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams.
- Proven track record of owning projects end-to-end from design through deployment.
- Passion for contributing to customer discovery and RCA processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features across the CRM+ platform using C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Architect and operate services on Azure with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost.
- Partner with Product and Design to shape requirements and provide customer-first technical tradeoffs.
- Utilize AI tools, particularly Claude Code, for prototyping, code generation, testing, and debugging.
- Write clean, well-tested code and participate actively in the code review process.
- Mentor and pair program with other engineers to improve engineering practices.
- Influence best practices for QA, CI/CD, and product architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with urgency.
- Contribute to technical strategy and architecture evolution as the platform scales.
