Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, business development, or a related healthcare field.
- Experience in the same therapeutic area preferred.
- Prior experience working with multinational pharmaceutical companies or leading Indian pharmaceutical organizations is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with healthcare professionals.
- Good analytical skills and ability to understand market dynamics.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing field responsibilities independently.
- Strong relationship-building skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required for territory management.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned territory sales targets and contribute to business growth objectives.
- Conduct effective field activities independently while managing territory priorities.
- Promote healthcare products according to established commercial strategies and guidelines.
- Increase prescription generation and improve market share within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure regular field reporting and maintain accurate activity records through digital systems.
- Meet required call activity, customer coverage, and engagement frequency targets.
- Provide market feedback and support strategy development through field insights.
- Represent the organization professionally as a trusted brand ambassador.
- Adapt sales approaches based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
