Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for caregivers, clients, and internal teams, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Confirm caregiver attendance for scheduled visits and help ensure clients receive consistent and reliable support.
  • Coordinate scheduling adjustments, caregiver absences, and staffing solutions for active cases.
  • Respond to urgent escalations and client concerns while ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution.
  • Support incident reporting processes and maintain accurate documentation within company systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, requests, resolutions, and operational updates.
  • Assist with quality assurance activities, including reviewing calls and documentation for accuracy and service standards.
