Requirements

  • Current university student or recent graduate with an interest in operations, project management, business, finance, or technology.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or entry-level roles in project coordination or operations.
  • Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 regulatory developments.
  • Willingness to learn about regulatory frameworks across different regions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and dependencies across different time zones.
  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and structured approach to tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and independently managing stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to learn quickly, adapt, and resolve problems independently.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
  • Preference for candidates located within an Asia time zone (UTC+8 ±2).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operations and project management activities related to regulatory compliance and product initiatives.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Maintain project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), compliance trackers, meeting notes, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Product, Engineering, compliance teams, and regional stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for assigned workstreams by following up on action items and documenting decisions.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and product changes across different markets, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Support regulatory reviews by gathering requirements, evidence, and relevant information from internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of regulatory decisions, approvals, remediation actions, and operational processes.
  • Support growth initiatives where regulatory requirements intersect with product launches, market expansion, and business objectives.
  • Prepare analysis, reports, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
