Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations (e.g., retail store manager).
- 2+ years of experience in COGS and inventory analysis in Retail, Food and Beverage, or Hospitality.
- 1+ years of experience in a project management or implementation role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced or changing environment.
- Skilled in project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
- Strong organizational, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously under management guidance.
Responsibilities
- Collect and migrate inventory and item library exports from previous POS systems into Toast.
- Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of inventory data through review and cleanup.
- Host Item Library Review meetings to ensure customer understanding prior to go-live.
- Support newly onboarded customers during their first 30 days of usage.
- Manage multiple inventory consultations simultaneously across a large book of business.
- Provide post-live remote guidance, troubleshooting, and follow-up training.
- Document inventory integration and maintain consistency with Toast best practices.
