Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations, such as a retail store manager.
- 1+ years of experience in a project management or implementation role.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational discipline and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a changing environment.
- Strong understanding of POS systems, integrations, and retail operation workflows is a plus.
- Prior experience in the tech or SaaS industry is a plus.
- Training, teaching, or development experience is a plus.
- Sales and objection handling experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the customer’s relationship manager and point of contact from purchase through the onboarding journey.
- Deliver high-quality customer interactions to achieve monthly activation goals.
- Conduct remote site assessments to determine client networking needs prior to installation.
- Document the installation of the Toast POS system and note any deviations from best practices.
- Lead onboarding training plans for retail staff, focusing on operational efficiencies.
- Manage several simultaneous onboarding engagements, including large books of business.
- Provide post-live remote guidance and troubleshooting during the first 30 days of usage.
