Requirements
- 2+ years of healthcare licensing and credentialing experience (telemedicine or health-tech preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of state and federal licensing and credentialing regulations.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets.
- Experience using Salesforce and credentialing databases.
- Proficiency with Adobe Sign.
- Proven ability to engage providers at all levels including CMOs, MDs, and Advanced Practitioners.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor initial applications, renewals, and maintenance of healthcare professional licenses across all US jurisdictions.
- Maintain a centralized database in Salesforce and CE platforms to track requirements, renewals, and CME status.
- Establish collaboration and supervision agreements for incoming providers.
- Support provider onboarding with health plans, including management of CAQH profiles.
- Submit payer requests and track application status to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation and platform data to confirm regulatory alignment.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to resolve regulatory inquiries.
