Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio.
Pass a national background check and valid clinical license search.
Technologically savvy with experience using laptops and mobile devices for charting.
Proficiency with HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with in-home staff to evaluate vital signs and arrange blood draws.
