Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role (banking, management consulting, finance, or tech operations).
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and building sophisticated forecasting models.
- Strong technical skills in analytics and BI tools, specifically SQL and Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantitative insights into actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience navigating unstructured problems and building solutions from zero to one.
- Strong understanding of operational levers like unit economics and capacity trade-offs.
- Experience collaborating with Data Science teams to co-create models is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and refine end-to-end supply and demand forecasting models across current and upcoming market launches.
- Incorporate complex business variables into models, including session frequencies, clinician ramp times, and cross-licensing constraints.
- Evaluate unit economics and recommend operational levers to align business strategy with revenue, margin, and utilization targets.
- Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering to co-create models and transition them into core data infrastructure.
- Define, govern, and track standardized operational metrics such as capacity, utilization rates, and hiring targets.
- Perform regular forecast vs. actuals audits to refine assumptions and improve accuracy.
- Communicate strategic insights to cross-functional partners in Growth, Finance, Clinical Recruiting, and Clinical Operations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive scalable process improvements across the patient lifecycle.
