Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior product management or similar role.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Proven experience shipping and operating digital products for telecommunications operators.
- Expertise in telco domains such as self-service channels, sales/acquisition journeys, and internal operational tools.
- Experience in an agency, consultancy, or professional services firm.
- Strong proficiency in backlog management, sprint planning, and workshop facilitation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of turning ambiguity into clear, logical, and executable product steps.
- Experience in enterprise environments for high-complexity products is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Build and champion product strategies and vision throughout client engagements.
- Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to shape product requirements.
- Create and own product plans and roadmaps with executive stakeholder buy-in.
- Prepare and review detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRD) across all business and technical domains.
- Define measurement plans and KPIs to track product use and business ROI.
- Manage product releases, priorities, and defect resolution through to launch.
- Provide strategic recommendations for product iterations and expansion based on data and research.
