Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience.
- 3+ years of physician recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing techniques.
- Ability to conduct networking initiatives and manage contract negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of the Radiology field.
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to excel under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
- BS/BA degree is preferred.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
- Up to 25% travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full cycle physician recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, and working with Ops, HR & Legal to make offers.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting process to ensure alignment with practice needs.
- Pre-qualify applicants for interviews based on high level standards and practice values.
- Utilize operational analysis, trending, benchmarking, and research to support staffing projections.
- Analyze current recruitment process to develop, implement, and monitor physician recruitment strategies.
- Manage data and administration of all recruiting efforts.
- Develop and implement marketing/strategy plans.
