Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Order-to-Cash, Commercial Operations, or Finance Transformation.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience with business process improvement and automation.
- Preferred: Experience with AI-enabled business processes.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Agile/SDLC, UAT, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily AI PO intake, validation performance, and operational health.
- Own Finance exception management for PO-to-Quote mapping, validation failures, and billing eligibility.
- Coordinate resolution of issues across Sales, Project Management, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
- Track SLAs, manage high-risk exceptions, and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as Finance business lead for platform enhancements, roadmaps, and production releases.
- Develop operational reporting and KPIs for validation accuracy and automation rates.
- Maintain governance, audit readiness, and compliance with Finance controls.
