Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to follow established processes and standard project methodologies.
- Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to learn project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project.
- Willingness to learn software implementation processes and project management best practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software implementation projects and small customer customizations.
- Coordinate small customization projects and project activities under the guidance of senior Project Managers.
- Utilize and maintain standard project plans, schedules, templates, and project documentation.
- Schedule meetings, document meeting minutes, and distribute project communications to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute customer status reports and meeting notes using standard or customer-required templates.
- Review Statements of Work (SOWs) to understand project scope and ensure project deliverables align with customer agreements.
- Participate in project meetings and assist with tracking action items, risks, and project milestones.
