Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role.
- Hands-on experience with Golang.
- Experience with Cloud (preferably AWS).
- Solid understanding of Agile development methods in a Continuous Delivery environment.
- Solid knowledge of Quality and Testing principles.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and systems.
- Desire to help and mentor others.
- Experience with microservices (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and testers to transform ideas into human experiences.
- Write predictable, readable, simple, and flexible code.
- Improve the scalability and performance of the platform.
- Mentor, pair, and delegate to encourage professional and technical growth.
- Use Agile and Lean working methods underpinned by DevOps and CI/CD.
