- 5+ years of experience in Medicare mailroom or enrollment and billing.
- 3+ years of experience in vendor/BPaas management and oversight.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining professional relationships.
- Strong organizational skills for operational oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask.
- Ability to decipher complex reports/dashboards.
- Proficiency in producing presentations and diagrams.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage Enrollment and Billing operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of member information.
- Oversee accurate billing of monthly premiums, Late Enrollment Penalties, and external subsidies.
- Direct incoming mailroom activities, including scanning, sorting, and routing.
- Serve as point of contact for regulatory audits including Medicare Program Audits and CMS Attestations.
- Manage BPaas vendor relationships, monitor SLA adherence, and develop vendor performance scorecards.
- Identify, track, and resolve operational issues, incidents, and change requests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal counterparts to drive process improvements and resolve escalated issues.
