- Experience in a startup, small-team, or entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven experience shipping and maintaining production software.
- Experience owning features from implementation through deployment.
- Proficiency with React, Mantine/Tailwind, Java/Kotlin, and Postgres.
- Experience using AI development tools as part of a daily workflow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of outcomes.
- Commitment to code quality, maintainability, and thoughtful engineering.
- Clear communication and collaborative mindset.
- Comfort working across the full stack and learning new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain product features with a focus on usability, reliability, and quality.
- Own features and projects from implementation through deployment while partnering with teammates.
- Use modern AI development tools to accelerate coding, testing, research, and prototyping.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to understand customer needs and deliver meaningful improvements.
- Contribute to testing, observability, performance, and developer tooling to ensure confident and efficient deployments.
- Continuously develop technical expertise, product thinking, and understanding of customer needs.
