- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Strategy.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and administering Collibra.
- Expertise in Data Governance Frameworks, Metadata Management, and Data Quality.
- Experience with Data Cataloging, Lineage, Stewardship, and Data Privacy/Compliance.
- Proven experience in large enterprise data transformation programs.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead data governance assessments and maturity evaluations.
- Define enterprise data governance operating models, policies, and roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops to define governance requirements with business and technology stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform.
- Design and maintain governance workflows, metadata ingestion, and data quality metrics.
- Partner with data engineering, analytics, architecture, and compliance teams.
