Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with backend or full-stack depth.
- Proven track record of independently owning complex, ambiguous work through to production.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Fluency in at least one additional language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
- Demonstrated experience delivering real-world production ML/AI systems.
- Proficiency with modern cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong client communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Sound architectural judgment with experience managing risks and escalations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for major engagements or solution areas.
- Translate ambiguous client requirements into practical execution plans and milestones.
- Make and communicate pragmatic technical tradeoffs regarding architecture, cost, and latency.
- Design and deploy production-grade AI/ML systems using LLM orchestration and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Act as a senior technical voice and manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication.
- Mentor and lift other engineers through pairing, review, and feedback.
