Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, Economics, or another data-related focus.
- 5+ years of experience in a hybrid FP&A/Systems role.
- Strong foundation in corporate finance and business logic of financial forecasts.
- Deep, hands-on implementation experience in modern EPMs.
- Exposure to cross-system integrations (e.g., Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, BI tools).
- Active, daily utilization of LLMs, copilots, and automation tools.
- Sharp attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
- Experience at a high-growth, pre-IPO SaaS company is strongly preferred.
- Pigment Certified Modeler credentials are a plus.
- Experience with Python or similar scripting languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the EPM platform (Pigment) end-to-end, including data models, calculation logic, and security architecture.
- Convert complex business requirements into technical platform solutions and scalable modeling patterns.
- Make foundational architectural decisions for planning functions.
- Identify, pilot, and deploy AI use cases such as variance commentary, narrative generation, and anomaly detection.
- Design and test conversational and agent-driven finance workflows.
- Partner with Data Science and IT to roll out AI solutions with strict governance and auditability.
