Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in fintech, SaaS, enterprise software, data platforms, workflow products, or infrastructure-heavy product areas.
- Track record of owning product strategy and execution end-to-end.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities, comfortable with complex APIs, permissioning, metadata, search, and migrations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
- Deeply customer- and workflow-oriented mindset.
- Ability to make sound build-vs-buy/partner decisions.
- Interest in AI-driven document workflows, including classification, summarization, and automation.
- Experience thriving in complex, high-ownership, cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy end-to-end for the Files Platform, from migration completion through next-generation search, metadata, sharing, workflow, and API capabilities.
- Drive product discovery across user groups and translate findings into a prioritized roadmap.
- Align multiple product and engineering teams around a unified Files vision.
- Deliver a modern files experience with improvements to search, filtering, sharing, and metadata organization.
- Make build-vs-partner decisions to leverage content platform partners while maintaining differentiated product capabilities.
- Build intelligent document capabilities like summarization, auto-classification, and workflow automation.
- Define success metrics and communicate progress to leadership.
- Influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Legal, and Operations.
