Requirements
- 3+ years in a DevOps, Release Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
- Proven track record of creating and maintaining robust automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of Python development paradigms, dependency management, and web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, kustomize).
- Experience managing secrets in a vault like Hashicorp Vault.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift (preferred).
- Experience with GitOps methodologies like ArgoCD (preferred).
- Scripting proficiency in Python and Bash (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD automation pipelines for Python-based web applications.
- Execute and monitor web application releases into staging and production with zero-downtime.
- Define and enforce release standards, quality gates, and security scans.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or kustomize.
- Guide developers on cloud-native best practices and containerization.
- Manage and optimize application deployments on Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Partner with Ops during incident response and root cause analysis.
