Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5– 8+ years of professional software quality assurance, testing, or related technology experience.
- Experience leading testing for complex enterprise applications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
- Experience with automated testing practices and test automation frameworks.
- Experience with API testing and CI/CD quality practices.
- Experience with industry-standard defect tracking tools, including Jira.
- Strong analytical thinking and risk assessment capabilities.
- Experience mentoring QA professionals.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and communicate strategy to technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality engineering practices across complex initiatives.
- Define and implement enterprise QA standards and best practices.
- Oversee regression, integration, API, and automation testing efforts.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to manage release quality and risk.
- Mentor and develop QA team members.
- Drive root cause analysis for significant production defects.
- Champion continuous improvement across QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
