Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
- 5+ years of Primary Care/Healthcare related experience.
- Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories.
- Demonstrated experience with process project requirements documentation.
- Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Passionate about improving consumer experiences.
- Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
- Prior experience with EMR solutions preferred.
- Prior experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma or SAFe experience or certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business, process and user needs.
- Document requirements and perform cost/benefit analysis.
- Translate needs into proper system requirement specifications.
- Create processes to solve complex problems considering system capacity and constraints.
- Validate benefits achieved from solution implementation.
- Influence departmental strategy and make technical decisions on complex components.
