Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce strategy with progression into systems architecture.
- Experience managing interconnected systems including CRM, marketing, analytics, and CPQ platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows and ecosystem best practices.
- Proven experience leading application implementations, integrations, and systems optimization.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, governance principles, and data quality methods.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Hands-on CPQ experience is required.
- Familiarity with sales technology stacks like HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Planhat.
- Understanding of SaaS business models, product-led growth, and account-based marketing.
- Experience leveraging AI to improve business processes.
- Strong project management skills evaluating cost, complexity, and business impact.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business operations leadership to define systems strategy and drive operational efficiency.
- Own the business systems roadmap, including evaluating technologies and leading large-scale implementations.
- Architect integrations and data flows across the revenue technology ecosystem.
- Manage critical workflows including lead routing, attribution, account hierarchy, CPQ processes, and renewals.
- Serve as a hands-on administrator for key business tools, managing configurations and troubleshooting.
- Lead requirements gathering, vendor evaluations, project planning, and Agile delivery of applications.
- Establish documentation standards including technical maps and system change logs.
- Develop data governance frameworks and maintain security practices including access management.
- Implement AI-powered enhancements and automation to improve data quality and decision-making.
