Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or business-related field, or equivalent training and experience.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean product development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer insights and market data into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Experience using data and analytics platforms to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
- Ability to lead initiatives and cross-functional teams with minimal guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct user research and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities for platform enhancement.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Monitor product performance and ROI by defining and tracking key KPIs.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration.
