- 8 years of insurance or benefit industry experience.
- 8 years of customer-facing responsibilities.
- 5 years of client implementation or onboarding experience.
- Proficient technical knowledge in multiple group benefit products (Life, Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, or Absence solutions).
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships within a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
- Attention to detail regarding technical aspects of the role.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation processes for complex specialty clients with over 5,000 lives.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, brokers, sales, and account management teams.
- Direct deliverables including enrollment readiness, data exchange, contract delivery, and premium administration.
- Identify and resolve implementation issues, monitoring status against milestone dates.
- Facilitate meetings, develop project management tools, and conduct portal demonstrations.
- Present at finalist sales presentations and facilitate in-person kick-off meetings.
- Provide mentorship to team members and educate internal functional areas on guidelines.
