Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Product Operations, Revenue Operations, or Corporate Development.
- Proven experience partnering directly with senior executives in a high-growth technology company.
- Strong financial, operational, and analytical acumen.
- Demonstrated ability leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
- Outstanding project management and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, data, media, or marketplace businesses is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner.
- Drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
- Build and facilitate the operating cadence for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI frameworks to ensure organizational visibility.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and remove friction to improve company-wide execution.
- Facilitate executive meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and annual planning sessions.
