Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, FP&A, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Consulting Ops, or Strategy.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership with forecasting, planning, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of professional services economics, resource planning, and profitability analysis.
- Proven ability to build KPI frameworks, dashboards, and management reporting systems.
- Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and planning capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence across multiple business functions without direct authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior leadership experience.
- Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Harvest, Smartsheet, and financial planning systems is preferred.
- MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
- Experience within healthcare consulting, PBM, or healthcare technology is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of the Business Operations & Performance function.
- Establish management systems that connect strategy, sales, delivery, staffing, financial performance, and organizational priorities.
- Partner with senior leadership to improve operational effectiveness, business visibility, and decision-making.
- Own sales operations processes including pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue performance analysis.
- Lead enterprise forecasting processes across bookings, revenue, utilization, and staffing.
- Build pipeline-to-capacity planning processes that align demand with available resources.
- Develop profitability reporting and analysis across clients, projects, and service offerings.
- Create enterprise performance management frameworks, KPIs, and leadership dashboards.
