Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development, instructional design, or talent development.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring peers or leading teams.
- Advanced capability in building and operating modern enterprise digital talent stacks.
- Advanced proficiency with Generative AI applications for automating workflows and scaling personalized learning.
- Deep mastery of adult learning theory and behavioral psychology.
- Proven skill in translating executive KPIs and operational metrics into targeted learning interventions.
- Strong consultative partnership skills across management levels.
- High initiative and independence in managing complex, concurrent learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Modernize and govern the enterprise learning technology infrastructure by integrating Generative AI tools.
- Build and maintain an agile, data-driven skills inventory to forecast technology disruptions.
- Direct the design and deployment of holistic learning tracks, balancing leadership programs with modular micro-learning.
- Develop operational toolkits and coaching frameworks to empower people managers.
- Establish live learning analytics dashboards to measure skill velocity and business impact.
