Requirements
- 5+ years of agile and advanced product management experience.
- Practical competency with full-stack product management responsibilities.
- Deep knowledge of EHR/EMR workflows and healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
- Expertise in integration strategies and tools, preferably with the Salesforce platform.
- Demonstrated experience building enterprise healthcare solutions navigating HIPAA and data privacy.
- Strong competency with Azure DevOps or equivalent SDLC platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in writing user stories using INVEST or similar frameworks.
- Ability to storyboard and create basic mockups and wireframes.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving with data-driven decision-making experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the prioritization and execution of customer EHR/EMR integrations and implementation capabilities.
- Drive the product roadmap for patient and provider engagement applications, integrations, and analytics.
- Partner with clinical stakeholders to define requirements and refine product features.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria using structured methodologies.
- Iterate with development teams to guide daily progress and validate successful feature completion.
- Drive knowledge transfer to solutions teams for training, documentation, and support.
- Develop internal reporting assets and perform deep root cause analysis.
