Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field.
- 7+ years of technical program management or project management experience.
- Rigorous focus on software engineering lifecycles within an Agile development environment.
- Proven experience driving programs for software systems interacting with physical hardware.
- Advanced proficiency using Jira to manage roadmaps and cross-team dependencies.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partner roadmaps without direct authority.
- Strong interpersonal skills to align multi-disciplinary teams and communicate with leadership.
- Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per quarter.
Responsibilities
- Translate product roadmap into actionable execution plans with clear milestones and timelines.
- Manage the balance between long-range technical goals and immediate commercial rollout demands.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across software, AI, solutions engineering, and fleet orchestration teams.
- Establish operational rigor and process clarity using tools like Jira to maintain delivery timelines.
- Own the lifecycle of manipulation and perception capabilities from prototyping to production.
- Communicate project health, timeline deviations, and risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
