Requirements
- Experience building and running programs or strategy at a large, complex organization.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to turn recurring work into repeatable, automatable processes.
- Ability to drive cross-functional operations across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security without formal authority.
- High agency, bias for action, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, small team environment.
- Strong written communication skills for creating clear documentation and playbooks.
- Familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including model labs and inference providers, is considered a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own the provider lifecycle from sourcing, onboarding, activation, QBR, to renewal with clear stage gates and SLAs.
- Design and maintain the provider tiering framework to classify partners and set expectations.
- Build programmatic structures such as templates, playbooks, and self-serve onboarding to enable scale.
- Run program-wide operations including re-papering, launching new tiers, and compliance attestations.
- Operate flagship programs like MPEAP and verified/certified provider tracks.
- Manage compliance cadence for SLAs, attestations, and provider obligations.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security.
