Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise learning, workforce transformation, or technical education.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and commercial leadership.
- Proven success in building or scaling revenue-generating L&D or reskilling businesses in AI, Cloud, Software, or Data domains.
- Deep understanding of enterprise client dynamics and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders.
- Track record of leading teams delivering programs at scale for 50–500+ learners.
- Strong grasp of certification and assessment ecosystems like AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and GitHub.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate learning metrics into operational improvements.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills in matrixed environments.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to serve as a thought leader.
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial performance of Andela Academy, including revenue, margin, and client CSAT.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for enterprise learning, including pricing, packaging, and partnership models.
- Serve as executive sponsor for enterprise learning programs, leading client design sessions and steering committees.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Learning Managers, Architects, and Instructors.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with certification and learning partners like AWS, Google, and GitHub.
- Integrate certification data and Codewars into Andela’s Talent Cloud for effective talent redeployment.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted delivery models and innovate pedagogical frameworks.
