Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps leadership or engineering management.
- Proven track record running Kubernetes in production across cloud and edge infrastructure.
- Deep technical knowledge of Azure services (AKS, Azure Identity/Active Directory, networking).
- Extensive experience consolidating and scaling enterprise pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with production telemetry tools like Datadog and Grafana.
- Strong experience in automated security delivery, secret rotation, and policy-as-code.
- Proven experience mentoring, hiring, and managing technical talent.
- Demonstrated success in distributed remote environments using Agile methodologies.
- Professional working proficiency in English for daily communication.
Responsibilities
- Own CI/CD, deployment, release, and operational readiness across Azure cloud and edge Kubernetes environments.
- Consolidate fragmented CI/CD estates into a unified, canonical standard.
- Build golden paths and reusable pipeline templates for rapid service deployment.
- Establish repeatable and auditable deployment strategies for edge sites.
- Define operational readiness criteria and lead incident management processes.
- Embed automated security gates into pipelines and manage credential lifecycles.
- Line-manage DevOps, MLOps, and QA automation engineers, setting technical standards and tracking DORA metrics.
