Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management in a B2C product-heavy environment.
- Proven experience in launching or scaling digital products, business units, or large product areas.
- Strong business mindset with deep understanding of unit economics, P&L logic, retention, and monetization.
- Analytical capability to build metric trees, set up product analytics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to create clear product roadmaps and specifications (one-pagers).
- Understanding of marketing, product marketing, or monetization is a plus.
- Passion for innovation and keeping up with industry trends, especially AI.
- English language proficiency at B2+ level.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product team and set strategic direction for the new AI business.
- Develop and execute product strategies that drive business success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Advocate for a user-centric approach and ensure high-quality user experience.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
