Requirements
- Proficiency in data cleaning, analysis, and visualization using Python and SQL.
- Experience working with machine-readable data formats such as CSV and JSON.
- Experience handling large, sizeable datasets and working with low-quality, scattered data.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, database maintenance, and technical validation.
- Experience managing consultants and overseeing technical deliverables.
- Proven ability to write engaging content and translate complex subjects for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- Commitment to OCP mission and experience working in diverse, remote, and global team environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data support programs for partners based on their goals and local capacity.
- Supervise and advise on the technical work delivered by local consultants.
- Review existing data systems and recommend improvements to meet project objectives.
- Perform data analysis and visualization to demonstrate impact and track performance indicators.
- Advise partners on data architecture, electronic procurement system adoption, and software technical requirements.
- Develop and deliver training materials related to open data, data analytics, and systems architecture.
- Facilitate workshops and present to diverse audiences at conferences.
