Requirements
- Prior experience as a product manager, ideally at a high-growth company.
- Proficiency in Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI tools for building, debugging, and shipping functional prototypes.
- Ability to make strategic and tactical prioritization decisions.
- Demonstrable self-driven results in product development.
- Passion for creating seamless products for complex challenges.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across departments.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working in a remote environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build solutions together with the rest of the team.
- Own end-to-end product experience, including services powered by both humans and software.
- Lead complex solutions independently without requiring senior support.
- Manage internal expectations for complex projects and navigate challenging prioritization decisions.
- Develop product roadmaps and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Ship improvements quickly and iteratively using minimal solutions.
- Align team work and metrics with key business KPIs.
- Collaborate across departments including sales and business operations.
- Communicate and promote team work transparently within the Product org.
