Requirements
- Prior experience as a product manager, ideally at a high-growth company
- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code or similar tool
- Ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes or code changes with AI tools
- Strong judgment in making strategic and tactical decisions
- Demonstrable results that have moved a product in the right direction
- Passion for creating seamless and effective products
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across departments
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Build solutions together with the rest of the team
- Own the end-to-end experience of services powered by both humans and software
- Lead on complex solutions without requiring support or involvement from senior team members
- Effectively manage internal expectations for complex projects, products, and features
- Build an effective roadmap and strategy by breaking down strategic plans into near and mid-term goals
- Be the subject matter expert for your product area
- Understand key business KPIs and align team work to metrics
- Work asynchronously and transparently while sharing techniques, processes, and learnings
