Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or equivalent project-related experience.
- Proven professional experience in project management or a similar delivery-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable frameworks.
- Experience managing enterprise technology projects, including cloud-based solutions and regulatory platforms.
- Understanding of life sciences, clinical research, or regulatory environments.
- Experience working with stakeholder communication tools and reporting project progress.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and solve complex problems.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agile practices, UML, object-oriented concepts, data modelling, or process modelling is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of project definition, planning, execution, and successful completion while managing scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain realistic project plans, ensuring accurate progress tracking and regular communication with stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and corrective actions.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including predictive, Agile, and iterative approaches.
- Lead project teams effectively, providing guidance and addressing performance challenges.
- Manage change requests to ensure deliverables meet budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate release and deployment activities, including documentation and activity tracking.
- Monitor project financials, maintain financial records, and support budgeting activities.
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and strengthen customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous enhancement of delivery practices.
