Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing, onboarding, or supporting SaaS solutions in customer-facing roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience using project management tools, issue tracking systems, and customer support platforms.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms.
- Availability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, SDKs, SQL, FTP, or ETL concepts is a plus.
- Experience supporting retail, ecommerce, or SaaS technology solutions is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer implementations, integrations, and technical support activities, guiding clients through onboarding and platform adoption.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and customer expectations are successfully achieved.
- Develop project plans, track progress, manage risks, and proactively address scope changes or potential delivery challenges.
- Support customers through technical inquiries and issues via ticketing systems, email, and virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, customer success, and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Translate technical concepts into clear recommendations for customers.
- Create and maintain project documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge resources.
- Identify opportunities to optimize implementation processes and operational efficiency.
