Requirements
- 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Comfortable using SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering material impact.
- Ability to define problems, break them into clear hypotheses, and align on decisions.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence leadership and manage stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Understand business questions and identify necessary data to inform key decisions.
- Define metrics, build reports, and run analyses to track performance.
- Design experiments and surface data insights that move key business metrics.
- Bring recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, and operations.
- Drive outcomes by telling stakeholders what is happening, why, and what next steps should be.
