Requirements
- 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Experience with GitHub and data/visualization tools like Metabase and Jupyter Hub.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in an ownership-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function for a core business area such as growth, product, AI/automation, or strategic partnerships.
- Define business problems and understand the decisions they inform before performing analysis.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface insights.
- Drive outcomes by presenting findings and actionable recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Ensure end-to-end execution of data-driven decisions.
